This policy explains what information we collect when you use the FramesHub website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We've kept it plain and short on purpose.

Who we are

FramesHub is a product of Sitim Software ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information you provide through this website. You can reach us any time at info@sitim.co.uk.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your email address, and — if you use the "ask a question" or contact forms — your message and, optionally, which part of the trade you're in (fitter, fabricator or profile company). We only ask for what we need to reply to you.
• Basic technical data. Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, in server logs. This is used to keep the site secure and working — not to identify you.

Why we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry and, if you've registered interest, to tell you about FramesHub ahead of launch. Our lawful bases are your consent (you chose to contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding to you and developing our product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies & tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no third-party trackers on it. That's why you won't see a cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") purely to run the site and deliver your message. They only process data on our instructions:

• Vercel — hosts the website (processes technical/log data).
• Resend — delivers the emails our forms generate to our inbox.

We never sell your details, and we never pass them to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send only as long as we need it — to respond to you and to keep you informed about the launch — or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, just email info@sitim.co.uk and we'll sort it, at no cost to you.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
